What forms of payment do you accept?
Please use PayPal (paypal@edproof.com.) You don't have to be a member to use this service. International bank transfer or other methods of payment are also possible.

How do we arrange payment?
We agree on the sum total, then I will ask that a 50% deposit is paid up front. When my work is complete and you are completely satisfied with the result, I will ask for the remainder 50%. (For jobs of $50 or less I usually ask that the total amount is paid up front.)

Howe does it work?
I will send you two MS Word-documents, one containing tracked changes and comments using the Track Changes function. The other is the finished result, where all the comments are removed and the changes are incorporated into the document.

Track Changes: How does it work?
Track Changes is an indispensable feature for proofreaders working in MS Word or equivalent. When it is toggled on, any and all changes I make to the text pop up in the margin as a tracking. These trackings are saved with the document and will appear on printout. When I send the document back to you, you can choose to accept the trackings, one by one or all of them at once.

How soon can you complete the job?
In order to make an accurate estimate I will need to see the manuscript (or a sample). Please feel free to send me your text, as an attachment, to ingrid@edproof.com. (Everything you send me is handled as strictly confidential.)
